摘要
针对高职院校生源质量差异的现状,结合PLC课程项目教学的特点,在PLC的项目教学中引入分层教学模式,以满足不同层次学生的内在学习需求。在实施过程中采用班级内隐性分层和动态分层相结合,通过在一个项目类中不同层次的学生完成不同的项目,并分层考核,达到各层次的学生均各有所学、学有所得的目的,促进学生各方面能力和综合素质的整体提高。
In consideration of current situation of differences in the levels of vocational college students, This study has combined with the characteristics of project teaching of PLC, and used stratified teaching mode in PLC project teaching in order to meet the different levels of students' needs. In the implementation process it has combined the recessive hierarchy with the dynamic hierarchy by making different level students finish different projects in one project group, and assessed students according to different hierarchies to achieve the purpose of making students achieve from each level in order to improve students' overall ability and comprehensive quality.
