高职院校涉外导游人才培养现状研究——以无锡为例

On the State Quo of Talent Cultivation of International Tour Guide in Higher Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of Wuxi

从高校、政府、协会和企业四个层面分析了影响涉外导游培养现状的主要因素。为了改善涉外导游人才培养现状,高职院校应该尽快构建并不断创新人才培养模式;省市旅游局应该进一步完善激励机制,旅游质监部门要进一步加大执法力度;旅游协会应该强化自身功能,引领行业健康发展;旅游企业要变革其员工聘用和人才培养方式。

This paper analyses the mainf factors influencing the cultivation of international guide from the perspectives of college, government, industry association and enterprise. In order to improve the talent cultivation, vocational colleges should construct and innovate their talent cultivation modes; provincial and city tourism bureaus should improve the incentive mechanism, and tourism quality supervision departments should strengthen law enforcement; toursism associations should strengthen their functions and lead the healthy development of the industry; tourism enterprises should innovate their employment modes and talent cultivation modes.
