以施工现场废弃混凝土作为骨料的再生混凝土性能探讨 被引量:3

Recycled aggregate concrete by using waste concrete as aggregate in construction working place

摘要 利用现场废弃混凝土作为再生骨料材料制备再生骨料混凝土,是技术发展、资源节约的客观需要.在实现和易性要求的前提下,满足强度和耐久性要求,提出采用施工现场废弃混凝土作为再生骨料,替换70%以下的天然骨料,可以配置比设计强度低一个标号的混凝土,其抗压强度和劈裂强度均满足要求.采用C40混凝土配比,可以生产出C35混凝土;采用C30混凝土配比,可以生产出C25混凝土. Taking waste concrete in construction working place as recycled aggregate materials to make recycle aggregate concrete is the need for technology development and resource reusing.In the premise of peaceability,it can meet the need for the concrete working strength and durability.The survey points out the recycled aggregate materials is replaced as the materials under 70 % natural aggregate,we can get a new type of concrete that have a level lower,and the strength and splitting strength of concrete can achieve the requirements.Mixing it with concrete C40,we can obtain concrete C35.Mixing with concrete C30,we can obtain concrete C25.
