摘要
基于气枕系统的共同作用理论,提出一种新的气枕数值建模方法,按照该方法建立了ETFE气枕共同作用有限元模型,并设计制作了一个正六边形ETFE气枕足尺模型,对其进行了形状测试和加载测试.研究结果表明:ETFE气枕形态分析与荷载分析的数值结果与试验结果吻合良好,共同作用有限元模型能够准确、有效地完成ETFE气枕静力分析.
On the basis of the interaction theory of cushion system,a new numerical modeling method of ETFE cushions is proposed.According to this method,the interaction FE model of ETFE cushion is established.In addition,a full-scale model of regular hexagon ETFE cushion is designed and made,and the shape test and loading test of cushion are preformed.It is found that the numerical results of form-finding and loading analysis are in good agreement with the test results.The interaction FE model is accurate and effective for static analysis of ETFE cushions.
