当前电力企业小型基建管理模式探讨

Discussion on the current small-scale infrastructure management mode of electric power enterprises

与电网基建工程相比,电力企业小型基建工程建设规模小、投资少,且属于国家电网公司限制类投资,但是小型基建工程建设的目的是改善企业办公环境,提升企业整体形象。文章通过对小型基建各个管理环节的描述,揭示了当前电力企业小型基建项目管理中存在的问题,提出了建议,以期为提高小型基建的管理水平提供参考。

Compared to infrastructure projects of power grid,the small-scale infrastructure projects of electric power enterprises is smaller in constructionscale,less in investment and is the limited investment of China State Grid Corp.But the construction of small-scale infrastructure projects is to improve the business environment and enhance the overall image of enterprises.In this paper, through the description of each management link of small-scale infrastructure,the existing problems of small-scale infrastructure management mode of electric power enterprises are revealed and corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the management level of small-scale infrastructure.
