从使用人群、复合功能、交通、城市节点、多样性等方面入手,探讨了"高台型"城市住宅综合体的空间使用效益的影响因素,对停车空间、群房空间及屋顶空间设计提出了相关建议,以提高公共空间的环境品质。

From the use crowds, composite function, traffic, city nodes, diversity and other aspects, this paper discussed the influence factors of use efficiency of ＂high platform type＂ city housing synthesis, put forward related suggestion to parking space, group housing space and roof space design, in order to improve the environment quality of public space.
