摘要
介绍了莱钢股份炼钢厂转炉炉下道轨基础损坏的主要原因,提出了解决转炉炉下道轨地梁基础疏松、基础预埋件与混凝土脱离及道轨变形的方案,同时改进了施工方案,将原有的现浇地梁改进为离线预制在线安装,保证了质量,节约了检修时间,在同行业中具有推广意义。
This paper introduces the lai steel stock steel converter under an axle base, the main reasons for the damage to the converter were proposed under rails based degeneration ground beam, the deformation of foundation embedded parts away from the concrete and an axle retrofit scheme, and improved the construction schemes at the same time, the original now irrigate fields of beam to improve for online offline precast installation, ensure the quality, save the maintenance time, promotion of significance in the industry.
