摘要
运用加权算术平均算子(WAA算子)和组合加权算术平均算子(CWAA算子)的综合评价方法,通过对各方案指标的专家打分值进行加权集结,消除主观因素的影响,得到群体综合指标值,从而确定最优施工方案。最后,通过工程实例验证了该方法的科学性与合理性,为进行绿色施工提供了参考依据。
Introducing the comprehensive evaluation method of weighted arithmetic averaging operator（ WAA operator）and combined weighted arithmetic averaging operator（ CWAA operator）. Based on weighted aggregation to experts score of scheme indexs, to eliminate the influence of subjective factors, obtain group of comprehensive index and determine the optimum construction scheme. Finally, an engineering example used to prove the seientificalness and rationality, provides a reference basis for green construction.
