Through the introduction of origin and development of our brick carving art, this paper discussed the historical and cultural heritage and development space contained in Tianjin brick carving, elaborated in detail the characteristics, artistic style and meaning of Tianjin brick carving decoration, provided reference for future research on brick carving art.
