摘要
根据北京市建设工程质量监督现状,对监督过程中存在的定位不明、职责不清,监督理念、方式陈旧等问题进行了分析,提出相应的改进措施,为今后监督机构改革和监督执法工作的改进提供了借鉴。
According to the present situation of construction engineering quality supervision in Beijing, this paper analyzed the unknown positio- ning, unclear responsibilities, poor supervision idea, old ways and other problems in supervision process, put forward corresponding improvement measures, provided reference for future supervision institutional reform and supervision law enforcement improvement.
