Camphor Tree Branches and Leaves Contrast with Rice Husk Burning and Analysis of Combustion Characteristics in Cell Body Resistance Furnace

摘要 通过将樟树树枝、树叶与稻壳在单元体炉内置于不同燃烧温度及过量空气系数下对比燃烧,研究樟树特有燃烧特性。结果显示在过量空气系数为1.2时,利于樟树树枝、树叶燃烧充分;因樟树树枝、树叶不耐热、固定碳相对煤炭含量较低,避免过高温度,燃烧温度为1 000℃时,有利于燃烧;樟树树枝最易燃尽,樟树树叶较易燃尽,稻壳最难燃烧燃尽。 Put camphor tree branches,leaves and rice husk in the cell body resistance furnace under different combustion temperature and coefficients of excessive atmosphere.And research the unique combustion characteristics.The result displays that in the case of coefficients of excessive atmosphere is so large that take a lot of heat,when the coefficients of excessive atmosphere is 1.2,camphor tree branches and leaves combust well; Because of camphor tree branches and leaves contrast with coal the fixed carbon content is low,so avoid heating temperature is too high.When heating temperature is 1 000 ℃,this condition is conducive to combustion of camphor tree branches and leaves; Camphor tree branches is best to burned,camphor leaves is more to burned,and rice husk is hardest to burned.
