摘要
贫化电炉还原油枪中,气、油混合顶吹是典型的气液混合两相流过程,管内流型随气液混合比例变化,从而引起气液混合顶吹管口气泡群的形态变化。基于气液两相流研究,用气、水进行不同气液混合比两相流研究,得出不同气液混合比例时的管内流型,及与之对应的气泡群下潜深度和宽度的周期变化。通过将其进行对比分析,得出气泡群形态随流型和气液混合比的变化趋势,以便得出更好的搅拌效果。
The gas-oil mixed top-blown from reduction oil gun in slag layer of depleted furnace is typical gas-liquid mixing Process of two phase flow,pipe flow pattern change with gas-liquid mixing top-blown nozzle bubble group of morphological changes.Based on the gas-liquid two phase flow study,different gas-liquid mixing proportion of flow pattern and the bubble group of downward dive depth and width of the corresponding change cycle are gained.Through the comparison and analysis,we know that bubble group form trend along with the change of flow pattern and gas-liquid mixing ratio,in order to get better stirring effect.
