摘要
对炉壳浮动连接结构和可调平炉门结构这两种新颖结构的构造、工作机理和实际应用进行了阐述。实践表明,上述结构的应用可以较好地使炉壳释放温差引起的应力变形,避免炉壳开裂,提高炉门的密封效果,提高炉子的密封性和可靠性,提高工艺性能稳定性,显著降低对炉压和炉内气氛的扰动,降低使用风险,可使工业炉的主要技术指标较能实现持续稳定,同时提升节能环保效果。
This paper elaborates constructions,working principles and practical applications of two novel structures,which are floating connection structure of furnace casing and adjustable flatness structure of furnace door.Practice shows that the application of the structures mentioned above can better make the furnace casing releases the stress and deformation that caused by temperature difference,and can avoid furnace casing cracking.It has achieved good results in improving the sealing effect of door and reliability of furnace.In that way can improve stability of process performance,can significantly reduce the disturbances of furnace pressure and furnace atmosphere,and can reduce the risk of using.The industrial furnaces' major technical indexes can be achieved continuously and stably,the energy saving and environmental protection effect is improved simultaneously.
