摘要
随着机电液控集成一体化技术和数字液压技术的发展,基于数字缸和电液泵提出了一种新型的一体化数字液压作动系统,阐述了其系统组成和工作原理.基于AMESim建立了电液泵、数字缸及整个系统的数学模型,分别从系统的位移响应、溢流流量、电机转速和控制阀开口等方面,与传统的采用集中液压源供油和伺服阀控制伺服油缸的作动系统进行了仿真对比分析,指出了一体化数字液压作动系统的优缺点.
With the developing of integrated technology of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and control and the developing of digital hydraulic technology, a new integrated digital hydraulic actuation system (IDA) was put forward based on digital cylinder and edropump(electric-hydraulic-pump). The system composition and operating principle were analyzed. The mathematical models of the edropump, digital cylinder and the whole system were built in AMESim. Then, from the aspects of displacement response, overflow, motor speed and control valve opening and so on, it was simulated and compared with servo valve controlled hydraulic actu ator (SHA) which was supplied by the centralized hydraulic oil source. Finally, the advantages and draw backs of the integrated digital hydraulic actuation system were put forward.
