与癫痫相关的新类型低级别脑肿瘤的病理诊断 被引量：1

摘要 随着外科手术介入治疗癫痫的逐年增多，发现癫痫病例中低级别脑肿瘤的发病率为10％～56％，尽管这些肿瘤在组织学上各有自身的特征，但在临检工作中易与其他类似肿瘤混淆造成漏诊或误诊。现结合文献介绍几种罕见的癫痫相关的新类型低级别脑肿瘤的病理诊断与鉴别诊断，以提高临床和病理医师对此类肿瘤的认识，避免过度诊断和治疗。
