十八届三中全会明确提出了＂市场在资源配置中起决定性作用＂的要求,这再次为我国未来市场经济的发展指明了方向.国外成熟的市场经济体发展经验表明,市场的培育和健康发展,离不开广泛而深入的＂契约精神＂,土地市场作为社会主义市场经济体系的重要组成部分,
