自制中药调脂汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂调节作用的实验研究

Experimental Research on Blood Lipid Regulation of Hyperlipidemia Rats by Chinese Medicine Tiaozhi Decoction

目的探讨中药调脂汤对实验性高脂血症大鼠的脂代谢影响及心肌细胞、主动脉血管改变。方法将60例实验性大鼠随机分成6组:正常组、模型组、立普妥组、调脂汤小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组。除了空白组外,其余各组每天灌胃高脂乳剂造成高脂血症动物模型,造模成功后,各实验组灌胃给予相应药物,治疗2周后,取眼动脉血,分离血清处死大鼠,取出心脏、主动脉和肝脏,观察各项指标。结果调脂汤能显著降低高脂模型大鼠血浆总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白,升高高密度脂蛋白。结论调脂汤对实验性高脂血症大鼠的血脂有明显改善,同时对主动脉弓脂质沉积有一定的改善作用。

Objective To explore fat metabolic effects, myocardial cells and aortic vaular changes of experimental hyperlipidemia rat by Chinese medi cine Tiaozhi decoction. Methods 60 experimental rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, the normal group, model group, lipitor group, Tiaozhi decoction small dose group, medium dose group, high dose group. In addition to the blank group, the rest of the group were filled the stomach with high fat emulsion every day to build hyperlipidemia animal model. After the suecess, the experimental group was given corresponding drugs. Mter treatment for 2 weeks, ophthalmic artery blood was taken and serum was separated, then to put to death the rat, take out the heart, the aorta, and liver, observes the indicators. Results Tiaozhi decoction can significantly reduce low plasma total cholesterol, triglyeeride, low density lipoprotein, increase high dersity lipoprotein cholesterol in the high fat model rats. Conclusion Tiaozhi decoction has improved significantly in the experimental hyperlipidemia rats; at the same time have some improvement on the aorta lipid deposition.
