现代化进程中农村环境文化建设探析

Rural environmental culture construction in the process of modernization

本文从剖析环境文化的内涵及农村环境文化建设存在的问题入手,对农村环境文化建设进行现实与理性的思考,提出农村环境文化建设不仅要着眼于善后治理,而且应该从深层次的人文精神和价值观念上,以积极主动、防患于未然的姿态,推动人与自然的良性互动、和谐共处。

Starting from the analysis of the environmental culture connotation,and the problems in the rural environmental culture construction,this paper gives a practical and rational thinking about the rural environmental culture construction.It is proposed that the construction of rural environmental culture should not only focus on the aftermath disposal,but also should be deep in the humanistic spirit and values,with proactive and preventive attitude,and promote the positive interaction between man and nature,and live together harmoniously.
