摘要
重庆市义务教育阶段城乡师资配置尽管取得了一定成绩,但仍受宏观和微观师资配置机制的制约,存在非均衡性。只有明确师资配置的价值取向、完善运行机制、匡正配置力量、拓展教师培养路径,才能真正实现城乡师资的均衡发展。
Although Chongqing urban and rural compulsory education teachers' configuration obtained some achievements,it is still restricted by the macro and micro teachers' allocation mechanism,and there is non-equilibrium.Only making clear the value orientation of teachers' configuration,improving the operational mechanism,remedying configure power and expanding the teacher training path,can we truly achieve the balanced development of urban and rural teachers.
