摘要
作为生产双峰聚乙烯的一种方法,一段反应法是在一个反应釜中进行反应,并最终得到含有高相对分子质量和低相对分子质量组分的混合聚乙烯树脂,这是一种新型的合成方法,与过去的分段式反应法相比,在实际应用中对现有的装置改造的规模较小,操作较容易且成本较低,因此,日益受到人们的关注,具有良好的发展前景。重点对一段反应法进行了阐述,同时对它制备的催化剂的方法进行了综述,主要包括4种类型:复合类型、双金属负载类型、单组分类型以及双载体类型等。本文介绍了各类技术的优缺点及各种催化剂的工业化应用前景。
The process of single-reactor is a method that is used to bimodal relative molecular weight distribution polyethylene. As an innovative idea it produces wide or bimodal relative molecular weight distribution polyethylene resin in a reactor. Compared with the bimodal technology segmented reaction method, it becomes one of the hot topics of the preparation of bimodal polyethylene PE, because without the big transformation to the existing device, the implementation is easy and cost little. It has good prospects for development. Catalysts that produce relative molecular mass distribution bimodal polyethylene using the process of single-reactor at home and abroad currently include: composite catalysts, bimetallic catalysts, single-component catalysts, double supported catalysts. This paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of technology and industrial application prospects of various kinds of catalyst.
