系统护理干预对2型糖尿病患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响

Effect of systematic nursing intervention on negative mood and life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的观察系统护理干预对2型糖尿病患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法将2011年12月至2012年12月我院收治的124例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,观察组62例采用系统护理干预,对照组62例采用常规护理,负性情绪采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评估,生活质量采用生存质量评定量表(WHOQOL-100)进行评估,比较干预后两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪和生活质量。结果护理干预6个月后观察组SAS、SDS评分分别为(41.25±5.13)分、(42.24±5.37)分,明显低于对照组的(48.76±7.62)分、(49.81±7.95)分(P<0.05)。护理干预6个月后观察组生理、精神支柱、社会关系、环境和独立性评分分别为(14.52±1.85)分、(14.07±1.59)分、(15.25±1.92)分、(15.04±1.97)分和(14.06±1.63)分,明显高于对照组的(12.41±1.56)分、(11.78±1.34)分、(12.76±1.68)分、(12.86±1.71)分和(11.23±1.29)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统护理干预能够明显改善患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on negative emotions and life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From December 2011 to December 2012, 124 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups, each with 62 cases. The control group applied routine nursing, and the observation group used with systematic nursing intervention. Negative emotions were assessed by Self-rating Anxi- ety Scale （SAS） and Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS）, and the quality of life were evaluated using life quality （WHOQOL-100）. The anxiety, depression and life quality between the two groups were compared. Results After 6 months of nursing, the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were （41.25±5.13） and （42.24±5.37）, significantly lower than those in the control group [（48.76±7.62） and （49.81±7.95）], P〈0.05. The scores of physical, spiritual support, social relations, environmental and independence in the observation group were （14.52± 1.85）, （14.07± 1.59）, （15.25±1.92）, （15.04±1.97） and （14.06±1.63）, respectively, significantly lower than those in the control group [（12.41± 1.56）, （11.78±1.34）, （12.76±1.68）, （12.86±1.71） and （11.23±1.29）], P〈0.05. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions and improve life quality, which can be promoted in clinic.
