基于学生卓越技能培养的放射医学实验教学初探

Studies on radiation medicine experiment teaching based on cultivating students' excellent skills

实验教学是放射医学教学工作的重要环节,对保证放射医学的教学质量、提高教学效果和培养卓越放射医生起着积极的作用。为了更好地培养学生实验技能,改善教学效果,从整合实验教学资源、更新教学方法和创新实验管理模式等方面进行了分析与探讨。

Experiment teaching is key to radiation medicine teaching for it plays a positive role in guaranteeing the quality of radiation medicine teaching , improving the teaching efficiency and cultivating excellent doctors who major in radiation medicine .In order to im-prove the cultivation of students ’ experiment skills and the teaching effect ,this paper discusses and analyzes the integration of experi-mental teaching resources , updating teaching methods and the innovation of experiment management mode and so on .
