Exploration on graduates management mode of military medical universities

随着军队医学院校研究生招生规模的逐年递增,研究生的来源越来越多样化,研究生管理工作遇到了新的挑战。为了进一步提高军队医学院校研究生的培养质量,提高研究生管理的效率和水平,分析研究了军队医学院校研究生管理的现状及突出问题,探讨了军队医学院校研究生管理的新模式。

With the expansion of graduate enrollment scale of military medical universities ,the source of the graduate students is more and more diversified and graduate management would be faced with more and more new challenges .In order to further improve the graduate students ’ quality of military medical universities and the efficiency as well as the level of graduate management ,this paper an-alyzes the status and prominent problems of graduate management of military medical universities .Meanwhile , it would also explore a new mode of graduate management of military medical universities .
