摘要
以29份西瓜种质资源为试验材料,采用主成分分析方法分析西瓜果实重量、果皮硬度、果实长度、果实宽度、瓜内种子数和中心糖含量6个主要数量性状,并对参试西瓜材料数量性状的品质表现进行综合评价。遗传多样性研究结果表明,29份材料的6个数量性状遗传多样性指数介于1.81~2.07。相关性结果表明,果实重量与果皮硬度、果实长度和果实宽度呈极显著正相关,果实长度与果实宽度呈极显著正相关。主成分分析结果表明,6个数量性状综合成为3个主成分,且这3个主成分构成的信息量可解释总信息量的84.3053%。根据品种主成分综合值的排序结果表明,29份参试西瓜材料按照顺序排列,火洲、jubilee、sugarlee、美国父本、狄克西瓜、“54”、金丽、洛菲林、早花和郑引15号等10个品种综合表现优良。
Principal component analysis on six quantitative characters (including fruit weight, fruit rind hardness, fruit length, fruit width, seeds per fruit and soluble solid content at center flesh) of fruit in 29 watermelon germplasm were analyzed. The integrated assessment was performed on six major quantitative characters.The results of genetic diversity showed that the high genetic diversity were detected on six quantitative and diversity indices ranged from 1.81 to 2.07. The result of correlation showed that fruit weight was significantly and positively correlated with fruit rind hardness, fruit length and fruit width (α<0.01), fruit length was significantly and negatively correlated with fruit width (α<0.01). The results of principal component analysis showed that six quantitative characters were consolidated into three principal components which accounted for 84.3053%of total variation. Based on the principal component values obtained, the integrated assessment showed that Huozhou, jubilee, sugarlee, Mei-guofuben, Dikexigua, "54", Jinli, Luofeilin, Zaohua and Zhengyin15 were excellent in comprehensive performance.
