摘要 MicroRNA(miRNA)是一类参与基因转录后调控的长度约为18~25个核苷酸的小RNA,其在细胞内具有多种重要的调节作用。研究表明,miRNA在动物免疫系统中具有重要功效,文章探讨miRNA的合成与生物学功能,从miRNA对T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞发育、对免疫系统疾病调控及在缺硒性免疫抑制中的作用进行综述。 MicroRNA (miRNA) with a non-coding small RNA, is single-stranded and usually contains 18-25 bases, which participates in the post transcriptional gene regulation. It has many functions on varieties of important regulations in cells. Present studies have shown that miRNA plays a very important role in immune system in animals. This review starts from the biosynthesis and biological function of miRNA, focusing on development of T cells and B cells. Also, this overview outlines miRNA's regulations on disease of immune system, and points out the functions of miRNA in the selenium deficiency immunosuppression.
