摘要
在原系统基础上,基于四象限探测器(QD)构建了激光脉冲自动跟踪接收系统。采用高性能的放大电路、滤波电路、A/D转换电路及精密步进系统,以低功耗单片机MSP430为控制核心完成系统的设计。脉冲信号有效抑制环境噪声的干扰,大大提高了系统的抗干扰能力。二维跟踪精度达到3μm,视场的跟踪角精度为0.3mrad,满足设计要求,对于激光技术的应用具有较大的参考价值。
Based on the original system, a laser pulse autotrack rece^wng system ~s aeslgnea w^m mc u^z of four-quadrant photodetector. The equipment consists of the amplifying circuit, filter circuit, A/D converter and precise stepping system. The low-power MSP430 SCM is used to control the whole system and process the data. Pulse signal is suitable to restrain the environment noise and advance the anti- interference function of system. The tracking precision of 2-Dimension displacement is up to 3 p^m, and the tracking precision of coverage angle is 0.3mrad. The research is helpful to the apphcations of laser technique.
