摘要
软交换作为NGN的核心技术,为实现业务呼叫控制和连接相分离,能满足多网融合要求,其技术符合通信网络发展趋势;而传统程控交换发展成熟,能够提供更加安全、经济的基本通讯手段。以业内首次应用AP1000三代技术的某核电厂为例,说明两种技术在核电厂内的融合应用,各取所长满足不同的电话业务需求,并合理规划号码资源管理等制度。
As the core technology for the realization of the business call control and connection of phase separation, NGN soft-switching meets the requirements of multi-network integration and telecommunications network development trend. While, the traditional telephone switching mature is able to provide safer and more economical basic means of communication. In this paper, the industry' s third generation AP1000 technology first application in a nuclear power plant is illustrated that the two techniques in the application of nuclear power plant, respective merits of telephone services can meet different needs, and rational planning of resource management system numbers.
