称呼语选择的语用顺应探析

An Adaptation Theoretic Account of Vocatives

称呼语的使用在交际中不可或缺,而中国文化向来注重对称呼的得体运用。以往的研究多从社会语言学的角度切入,忽视了交际中语言现实和心理动机等动态因素。随着语用学的发展,很多学者开始探讨称呼语的语用策略。本文将运用Verschueren的顺应论框架,探讨以娱乐节目语料的言语交际中称呼语的选用对语言使用者、社交世界和心理世界这三个语境要素的顺应,并揭示其与身份构建的关系。

The prior studies focus on vocatives from a sociolinguistic perspective and ignore the pragmatic factors, such as language reality and psychological motives. Recently, many scholars turn to discussing the pragmatic strategies used in vocatives. This paper sets out to introduce the definition of vocatives and Verschueren＇ s adaptation theory. Then it analyzes, in light of the theory, the examples from some live Chinese talk shows and the relationship between vocative and identity construction.
