On the Construction of the Major Course of International Politics

国际政治专业学科建设是否真正达到最初的预期?国际政治专业的课程设置是否还有进一步完善的空间,以及究竟应该在哪些方面进行完善?文章从以下四了方面进行了探讨:一是广东外语外贸大学的办学理念和方向;二是同其他学校同类专业的比较;三是任课教师的评判;四是学生的认同度等。文章最后探讨了国内大学生不读书的问题。

Is the construction of the subject ＂international politics＂ in line with the original expectation？ Is there any room for further improvement of its curriculum, and how to improve it？ This paper addresses these issues in four aspects： the theory and direction of our management, comparison with the same majors in other universities, the evaluation by the teachers, and the identification by the students. Finally, it discusses the problem that many college students in China don＇ t study hard.
