Deodorization Treatment of Alkali Waste through Oxidation and its Reuse

介绍我厂新建碱渣氧化脱臭装置工艺特点、运行情况及脱臭后常汽碱渣的回用情况。实践证明 ,此装置对常汽碱渣脱臭效果好 ,脱臭后碱渣完全无臭 ;脱臭后碱渣回用于精制油品 ,油品质量合格 。

The process characteristic,operation,and reuse of deodorization alkali waste from gasoline of crude distillation unit were introduced in new alkali waste oxidation plant. Its production showed that the effect of the alkali waste deodorization is better, deodorized alkali waste absolutely is not of odor. It is reused to purify oil products, quality of purified products reached standard, and quality of naphthenic acid from following naphthenic acid plant for treating the alkali waste was not affected.
