Environmental assets assessment (EAA) is the one of important business in assets transaction between companies. It would be payed a good deal of attention to what is going on because EAA relates to the legitimate rights and interests of the assets creditors and debtors. In this paper, it is proposed. some basic concepts, major contents, principles, scopes, methods and standards, etc. for EAA in assets transaction between companies. And their simple explain is also given out.
