摘要
实验研究了以稻草为原料的造纸黑液 ,在厌氧处理过程中颗粒污泥形成的条件 ,如果预先用碱铝进行絮凝处理 ,并给外加条件 (如载体、活性炭、无机盐离子等 ) ,再经过 7d的厌氧处理 ,结果表明 :当黑液CODCr为80 0 0~ 1 2 0 0 0mg/L时 ,去除率达 93%左右 ,色度也大幅度下降 (约 2 0~ 30倍 )。
The conditions of forming sludge-pellet during anaerobic treatment of black liquid in paper-making whose raw material is straw have been studied in this test. If it is coagulated by polymeric aluminium chloride and some conditions(such as actived carbon,inorganic ions etc.)are given and after anaerobic treatment for seven days,the final removal rate of COD Cr is about 93%,and the chromaticity is descended greatly(about 20 to 30 times).
