摘要
采用双池双旋转电极测试系统来提取监测与参比信号 ,通过相对比较和差示技术进行监测控制。它利用旋转电极的泵效应和差示技术措施 ,从理论和实践上解决了单套电极软化水监测仪在长期连续监测中测报不准的问题。对“双旋转电极软化水监测仪”进行了性能测试 ,能准确地对软化水进行监测、报警。
This instrument adopts double rotary hardness electrodes,relative comparision and differential techniques. The same double electrodes and double pools test system is adopted. One system is adopted to test the unknown solution, and the other is to test the calibrated known solution. So the monitoring and reference signals are abtained in order to compare. The problem that the instrument with one electrode alarms inaccurately for a long continuous period is solved theoretically and practically by making use of the pump effect of the rotary electrodes and other techniques.
