This papers deals with the main types of ecological engineering for wastewater treatment and utilization. They are on the spot decentralized treatment of urban domestic wastewater in underground biogas tanks without electricity.Centralized treatment of municipal wastewater by land treatment system including slow rate infiltration land treatment system, rapid rate infiltration land treatment system; reed field wetland percolation system. Treatment and utilization of industrial wastewater by reduction, recovery, re conversion, reuse and recycling. Some case studies of these types are given.
