摘要
波长可调谐光模块能够在一个光模块上动态的配置所需要的波长,因此可采用一个波长可调谐光模块对多个波长通道做备份;波长可调谐光模块的波长可调谐特点,非常适合自动波长配置、波长转换方面运用。因此波长可调谐光模块在光通信系统中有着非常广阔的前景。文章介绍了DBR波长可调谐光模块的结构和波长控制原理。提出了一种温度控制波长稳定输出的方法 ,使波长可调谐光模块在-5℃~70℃范围内的输出波长误差小于±0.01nm。
Wavelength tunable optical module can be required in an optical module dynamic configuration of wavelength,so using a wavelength tunable optical module backup on a plurality of wavelength channels; wavelength tunable optical module of wavelength tunable characteristics,very suitable for automatic wavelength configuration,wavelength conversion using.Therefore the wavelength tunable optical module has a very broad prospect in optical communication system. This paper introduces the DBR tunable wavelength optical module structure and control theory.Proposes a method to control the temperature stable output wavelength,the wavelength tunable optical module in the range of-5 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ output wavelength error is less than ± 0.01nm.
