荨麻疹1号治慢性荨麻疹66例临床观察

The Clinical Observation of 66 Cases of Chronic Urticaria Treating by Decoction of N0.1 Urticaria

[目的]观察荨麻疹1号治慢性荨麻疹疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,对66例门诊患者使用荨麻疹1号(黄芪、白术、防风、荆芥、白鲜皮各15g,当归、桂枝各10g),1剂/d,水煎300mL,早晚口服。连续治疗60d为1个疗程。观测临床症状、皮损消退情况,不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈6例,显效25例,有效27例,无效8例,总有效率87.88%。[结论]荨麻疹1号治慢性荨麻疹,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the effect of Decoction of N0.1 Urticaria in treating Chronic Urticaria. [ Methods ] Using the prospective designed Method, 66 cases of Chronic Urticaria were treating with Decoction of NO.1 Urticaria （ Astragalus mongholicus 25g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 15g, Radix sileris 15g, Herba schizonepetae 15g, Dortex dictam 15g, Chinese angelica 15g, Cassia twig 15g, Llicorice 10g ） . The Chinese medicines were boiled in 300mL water, 2 times/d, continious treatment for 2 months. The clinical symptoms and adverse reactions were observed. [ Result ] 6 cases were recurred, 25 cases were markedly relieved, 27 cases were relieved, 8 cases were with no effect, and the total effective rate was 87.88%. There were no side effects. [ Conclusion ] There is satisfied effect of Decoction of NO.1 Urticaria in treating Chronic Urticaria without side effects.
