益元润肠汤治疗老年便秘随机平行对照研究

Yiyuanrunchangtang Treatment of Senile Constipation Random Parallel Control Study

[目的]观察益元润肠汤治疗老年便秘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签方法随机分为两组,对照组50例西沙必利,5mg/次,2次/d。治疗组50例益元润肠汤(黄芪30g,当归、肉苁蓉、生地、麦冬各15g,玄参20g,枳实15g,厚朴10g,火麻仁25g,杏仁10g,白术、生首乌各15g),1剂/d,水煎500mL,早晚口服。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、大便性状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈36例,有效10例,无效4例,总有效率92.00%。对照组痊愈27例,有效11例,无效12例,总有效率76.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]益元润肠汤治疗老年便秘疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

[ Results ] Treatment group 36 cases cured, 10 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 92.00%. The control group, 27 patients were effective in 11 cases, 12 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 76.00%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Yiyuanrunchangtang decoction treatment of senile constipation curative effect is satisfied, no side effect, is worth promoting.
