摘要
[目的]观察清热解毒方治疗冠心病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将200例住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组100例辛伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组100例清热解毒方(黄芪20g,松针、葛根、赤芍各10g),3g/次,3次/d,开水冲服。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、生化指标、安全性分析、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。随访28d,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈27例,显效70例,无效3例,总有效率97.00%。对照组痊愈13例,显效40例,无效47例,总有效率53.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。生化指标(CRP、TG、TC)两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。安全性分析(血常规、尿常规)两组检测均正常。[结论]清热解毒方制疗冠心病效果显著,值得推广。
[ Objective ] To observe the effect of clearing away heat and toxic compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of coronary heart disease. [ Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 200 cases hospital were divided into two groups according to the lottery. 100 cases of the control group simvastatin, 20mg/, 1 /d, oral. The treatment group of 100 cases of Qingrejiedu compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae ( Huangqi 20g, Songzhen, Gegen, Chishao each 10g ), 3g/, 3/d, boiling water flushes the clothing. Continuous treatment with 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, biochemical index, safety analysis, adverse reaction. Continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Follow up 28d, observing the recurrence rate. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 27 cases, effective in 70 cases, 3 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 97.00%. The control group cured 13 cases, effective in 40 eases, 47 eases ineffective, the total efficiency of 53.00%. The treatment group was better than control group ( P〈 0.01 ) . Biochemical indexes ( CRP, TG, TC ) in two groups were improved ( P〈 0.01 ), the treatment group was better than the control group ( P〈 0.01 ) . Safety analysis ( blood routine, urine routine examination were normal group ) two. [ Conclusion ] Qingrejiedu Chinese medicine compound preparation for treating coronary heart disease effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
