喘敷灵巴布剂穴位敷帖治疗老年哮喘随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Controlled Study of Elderly Asthma IL-8 Babu Agent

[目的]观察喘敷灵巴布剂穴位敷帖治疗老年哮喘疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将136例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组68例氨茶碱,0.2g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组68例喘敷灵巴布剂(麻黄、白芥子各2g,苏子1.6g,细辛1.1g,延颓子、甘遂各0.5g,矮地茶1.1g),以姜汁调和制成巴布剂,选取定喘、膻中、天突、膏肓、俞府、大椎、肺俞及膈俞等穴位,大小适宜巴布贴贴敷,1贴/穴,2h/次,1次/2d。连续治疗15d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。随访3个月,观测复发率。[结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效18例,有效18例,无效6例,总有效率91.18%。对照组痊愈18例,显效16例,有效11例,无效23例,总有效率66.18%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]喘敷灵巴布剂穴位敷帖治疗老年哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

Continuous treatment with 15d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Follow up of 3 months, observing the recurrence rate. [ Results ] The treatment group cured 26 cases, effective in 18 cases, effective 18 cases, invalid 6 cases, the total efficiency of 91.18%. The control group cured 18 cases, effective in 16 cases, effective 11 cases, invalid 23 cases, the total efficiency of 66.18%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] IL-8 Babu agent for the treatment of Senile Asthma effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
