益气扶阳法联合常规西药治疗缺血性脑中风随机平行对照研究

Fu Yang Qi Method Combined with Routine Western Medicine Treatment of Ischemic Stroke Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察益气扶阳法联合常规西药治疗缺血性脑中风疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将40例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组20例常规治疗,吸氧、脱水、利尿、降低颅内压、改善微循环、营养脑细胞等。治疗组20例(扶阳法,干姜45g,附子60g,肉桂12g,黄柏15g,砂仁、仙灵脾、菟丝子、枸杞子、补骨脂各30g,蜈蚣2条,地龙、炙甘草、乌梢蛇各15g),1剂/d,水煎400mL,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]观察组治愈5例,显效6例,有效7例,无效2例,总有效率90.00%。对照组治愈3例,显效4例,有效7例,无效6例,总有效率65.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]扶阳法联合常规西药治疗中风安全有效,能明显改善神经功能,降低病死率,提高日常生活能力,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe Fu Yang Qi Method Combined with Routine Western Medicine Treatment of Ischemic Stroke effect. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, the 40 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group 20 cases of routine therapy, oxygen therapy, dehydration, diuresis, reduce the intracranial pressure, improving microcirculation and nutrition brain cells. Observation group 20 examples fuyangzhengfa, （ Ganjiang 45g, Fuzi 60g, Rougui 12g, Huangbai 15g, Sharen, Xianlingpi, Tusizi, Gouqizi, Buguzhi each 30g, Wugong 2, Dilong, Zhigancao, Wuqiaoshe each 15g ） . 1/day, water decoction 400mL, Sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment 10days for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] Observation group heal in 5 cases, 6 cases were markedly effective, effective 7 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, total effective rate was 90.00%. The control group, 3 were cured, 4 cases were markedly effective, 7 cases effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 65.00%. The observation group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion J Fu Yang Qi Method Combined with Routine Western Medicine Treatment of Ischemic Stroke, can significantly improve patients with nerve function and reduce the mortality of the disease, improve the patients daily life ability, has good clinical curative effect, worthy of promotion.
