补中益气汤联合西药治疗直肠癌术后腹泻随机平行对照研究

Randomized Parallel Group Study Buzhongyiqitang Diarrhea Combined with Western Medicine Colorectal Cancer Surgery

[目的]观察补中益气汤联合西药治疗直肠癌术后腹泻疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将48例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组23例蒙脱石散,1袋/次,3次/d,温开水冲服;易蒙停,2粒/次,3次/d。治疗组25例补中益气汤(黄芪、党参各15g,白术10g,炙甘草15g,当归10g,陈皮、升麻各6g,柴胡12g,生姜9片,大枣6枚);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚服用。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、排便次数、排便性状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组治愈13例,显效6例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率92.00%。对照组治愈11例,显效4例,有效2例,无效6例,总有效率73.91%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]补中益气汤联合西药治疗直肠癌术后腹泻效果显著,值得推广。

[ Methods ] random parallel control method, 48 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. [ Results ] 13 cases were cured , effective in 6 cases , 4 cases , 2 cases , the total efficiency of 92.00% . In the control group were cured 11 cases , effective in 4 cases , 2 cases , 6 cases , the total efficiency of 73.91% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . E Conclusion ] Buzhongyiqitang medicine to treat diarrhea combined effect of colorectal cancer surgery significantly , should be introduced.
