辨证分型联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察辨证分型联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将62例住院患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组31例尼莫地平片,40mg/次,3次/d。治疗组31例辨证分型,肝肾亏虚,肝郁气滞,瘀血阻络,风痰上扰治疗。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈15例,显效11例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.55%。对照组痊愈10例,显效9例,有效6例,无效6例,总有效率80.64%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]辨证分型联合尼莫地平治疗偏头痛效果显著,值得推广。

[ Objective ] To observe the differentiation and type joint nim flat piece of curative effect on migraine. [ Methods ] Using random parallel control method, 62 cases of hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. Control group of 31 cases of nim plain radiographs, 40 mg/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group of 31 cases, liver and kidney deficiency and liver depression and qi stagnation and blood stasis resistance, wind phlegm on treatment. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 3 period of treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group （ 15 cases cured, 11 cases were markedly improved, 3 cases ineffective in 2 cases, and total effective rate was 93.55%. The control group, 10 cases were cured, 9 cases were markedly effective, 6 cases effective, 6 no effect, the total effective rate was 80.64%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] Joint nim flat piece of migraine treatment effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
