摘要
把精细化管理的理念融入医用化学实验教学运行工作中,用求精求细的工作理念来提高教学质量。其实施途径包括医用化学实验教学目标精细化、教学内容精细化、教学过程精细化和教学考核精细化四个部分。实验教学实施精细化管理后,有效地调动了学生的学习积极性,学生学习目标明确,学生成为学习的主体,有效地提高了实验教学的质量。
The fine management was used in the medical chemistry experiment teaching. The teaching quality was improved by the fine and refinement work. Implying the fine management !n the experimental teaching, the following four steps were taken in teaching, the four steps are refinement of experiment teaching goal, teaching content, teaching process, and teaching assessment. After the fine management in experiment teaching, the students become active in learning, the learning goal was cleared, and the learning interest was inspired.
