平顶山市卫东区2010-2012年居民碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis on Iodized Salt Surveillance of Residentsin Pingdingshan Weidong District From 2010 to 2012

目的通过对卫东区居民食用盐中碘含量的监测,为消除碘缺乏病(IDD)提供科学依据。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》的要求,每年按东、西、南、北、中抽取5个办事处,每个办事处抽取4个社区(村),每个社区(村)随机抽取8户居民的食盐,用直接滴定法进行检测。结果在2010-2012年期间,共采集食用盐876份,合格碘盐为866份,不合格碘盐8份,非碘盐2份,非碘盐率0.23%,碘盐合格率99.10%,碘盐覆盖率99.97%,合格碘盐食用率98.86%,均达到了国家碘缺乏病消除标准(>90%)的要求。结论经过多年碘盐的推广食用,人们对食用碘盐已形成共识,但对特殊人群如孕妇、儿童的碘营养水平应加强监测。卫生部门应加大宣传力度,增加人们对碘缺乏病(IDD)的认识,让人们科学合理的食用、存储碘盐。

Objective Weidong district residents iodine content of edible salt was investigated an alysed to provide scientific basis for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders （IDD）. Methods Based on requirement of 《National Iodized Salt Monitoring Program》 , according to direction of east, west, south and north,center, five street offices were selected,and 4 communities （villages） were selected in every street office,in every communities （villages）, edible salt of 8 households was selected randomly each year. Direct titration method was adopted to test these edible salt. Result From 2010 to 2012, in total of 876 copies of edible salt were collected, of which 866 were qualified iodized salt, 8 unqualified,2 non-iodized salt, and non-iodized salt rate, qualified iodized salt rate, iodized salt coverage rate, qualified iodized salt consumpation rate were 0.23%, 99.10%, 99.97%, 98.86% respectively.From these statistical results, nation standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders （〉90%） was achieved. Conclusions Aft er many years of iodized salt consumption promotion, people have formed a consensus on the consumption of iodized salt.However, the monitoring for iodine nutrition level of special populations such as pregnant women, children should be strengthen.At the same time, health department should strengthen propaganda to help people to understand iodine deficiency disorders and eat and store iodized salt scientifically.
