The paper analyzed the current situation of the ecological market development, and then it studied the key point and difficulties in the development of the ecological market cultivation. Learning from the relevant experiences on the ecological market economy cultivation both domestic and abroad, it analyzed and discussed some measures in legal protection, administrative regulation, economic instruments and moral constraints so as to promote the ecological market.
