HLC法测定芪蜂降糖胶囊中白杨素、高良姜素的含量

摘要 目的:建立芪蜂降糖胶囊中蜂胶的可行含量测定方法。方法:采用HLC法以蜂胶主要成分白杨素、高良姜素为指标,进行稳定性、精密度、准确度、专属性、线性考察等方法学研究,最终确定成品的两种成分含量限度为:每100g含白杨素不得少于0.53g,高良姜素不得少于0.50g。结果:说明该测定方法方便可行,重现性良好,可作为该产品的质量控制含量测定方法。
