摘要 目的了解MicroRNA-21在早期宫颈癌诊断中的价值。方法选取在本院手术切除的60例宫颈癌组织标本和23例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织标本,使用MiniBead-Beater-16匀浆后提取RNA,应用荧光PCR定量检测组织和细胞MicroRNA-21的表达,对数据进行分析探讨。结果 MicroRNA-21与宫颈癌临床病人的年龄、肿瘤直径、FIGO分期无关,与淋巴结转移和分化程度有密切关系,结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈上皮内瘤变MicroRNA-21阳性率为39.1%,宫颈癌的MicroRNA-21阳性率为86.7%,比较结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MicroRNA-21与宫颈癌的发生发展有密切关系,在早期宫颈癌的诊断中具有极高的价值,对宫颈癌的诊治及预后起着关键的作用。 Objective To study the changes of MicroRNA-21 in early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma. Methods In 60 cases of cervical cancer tissue resection operation in our hospital and 23 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia tissues, the use of MiniBead-Beater-16 were extracted from RNA, qRT-PCR expression by quantitative measurement of tissue and cell MicroRNA-21, to analyze the data. Results The clinical patients with MicroRNA-21 and cervical cancer age, tumor size, FIGO stage, and lymph node metastasis are closely related with the degree of differentiation, the results were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05 ), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia MieroRNA-21 positive rate was 39.1%, the positive rate of MicroRNA-21 in cervical carcinoma was 86.7%, comparing the results with statistical significance (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions There is a close occurrence and development relationship between MicroRNA-21 and cervical cancer, has the extremely high value in the diagnosis of early cervical carcinoma, diagnosis and prognosis of cervical cancer plays a key role.
