滋肾育胎丸、黄体酮联合维生素E治疗先兆流产的疗效观察

Efficacy of Zishen Yutai pill,progesterone combined with vitamin E in threatened abortion

目的分析滋肾育胎丸、黄体酮联合维生素E治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选择在本院接受住院治疗的先兆流产患者作为研究对象,分别接受黄体酮联合维生素E治疗治疗以及滋肾育胎丸、黄体酮联合维生素E治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后的孕酮水平差异。结果观察组治疗有效率(95.24%)、孕酮水平(29.32±7.23)ng/ml明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滋肾育胎丸、黄体酮联合维生素E治疗可以显著改善先兆流产患者的孕酮水平,减少流产率,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Zishen Yutai pill, progesterone combined with vitamin E in the threatened abortion. Methods Patients with threatened abortion in our hospital were as research subjects, were treated with progesterone and vitamin E, or Zishen Yutai pill, progesterone combined with vitamin E therapy, the effect of treatment and progesterone level differences before and after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate was 95.24%, progesterone levels was （29.32 ± 7.23 ） ng/ml in the observation group, was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Zishen Yutai pill, progesterone combined with vitamin E therapy can significantly improve the level of progesterone in patients with threatened abortion, reduce the abortion rate, and improve the therapeutic effect.
