孟鲁司特钠治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of oral Montelukast sodium chewable tablets in treatment of bronchiolitis

目的观察口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法将60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为两组:观察组30例,给予常规治疗同时口服孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片4 mg/d,口服1月;对照组30例,给予常规治疗。观察两组咳嗽及喘息、肺部啰音消退的时间、住院天数、出现并发症及出院后再喘息的例数和发生率。结果观察组患儿临床症状(咳嗽、喘息)与对照组比较改善快(P<0.01),且肺部体征消失早(P<0.05),住院日减少(P<0.05),出院后1月中在发生再喘息率明显低与治疗组比差距有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论在毛细支气管炎患儿急性期及1月内口服孟鲁司特钠治疗可有效改善急性期临床症状,同时减少再次感染反复出现咳嗽及喘息。

Objective To observe the curative effect of oral Montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the treatment of hronehiolitis. Methods 60 cases of bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups ： observation group of 30 cases, treated with conventional therapy and oral Montelukast sodium chewable tablets oral 4mg/d, 1 month; 30 cases in the control group were given conventional treatment. Two groups of cough and wheezing, pulmonary tales disappeared time, hospitalization time, complications and were discharged after breathing cases and to observe the incidence. Results The group of children with clinical symptoms （cough, wheezing ） compared with the control group （P 〈 O. 01 ） improve quickly, and pulmonary signs disappeared clearly （P 〈 0. 05 ）, to reduce hospital days （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, was discharged after 1 month in the recurrent rate was low and the treatment group had significant difference （ ratio P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions In the acute stage of patients with bronchiolitis and 1 month Montelukast therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of acute period, while reducing recurrent cough and wheezing again infection.
