集中配置化疗药物溶媒选择干预统计分析

Intervention and statistical analysis of solvent selected centrally configure chemotherapeutic drugs

目的保障患者用药安全,促进临床合理用药。方法在化疗药物集中配置过程中,审核化疗药物用药医嘱,对溶媒不适宜选择进行干预和统计分析。结果干预化疗药物溶媒选择不当20余次,共涉及10种化疗药物。结论集中配置化疗药物,合理选择适宜溶媒,对提高药物使用安全性,促进临床合理用药有重要意义。

Objective To safeguard patient medication safety and promote rational clinical drug use. Methods In the process of chemotherapy drug centralized configuration, the doctor＇s advice of chemotherapy medication were audited, the men strum inappropriate selection were intervened and analyzed statistically. Results The intervention times of the inappropriate choice was more than 20, involved 10 kinds of chemotherapy drugs. Conclusions Centralized configuration chemotherapy drugs, choose the suitable solvent, to improve the safety of drug use, has important significance to promote the clinical rational drug use.
